A 2018 West Point graduate with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a LEED Green Associate certification, Blake began his career as a U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer, managing logistics, readiness, and deployment planning for units of over 650 soldiers. Transitioning to the private sector, he has held leadership roles in construction project management, supply chain operations, and logistics ventures. As COO of Great Lakes Supply, Blake drove a 21% year-over-year revenue increase and co-founded GLS Freight, achieving profitability in its first year. At Elite Development Services, he managed $8M+ construction budgets, secured investor funding, and streamlined procurement processes across 20+ residential projects. His experience building businesses from the ground up, combined with disciplined project oversight and strategic financial management, positions him to identify and execute value-creation opportunities across Redfork’s portfolio.

  • Joshua Boylan, Partner

    Joshua Boylan is an operations-driven leader with deep expertise in organizational management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination. A U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer and West Point graduate, Joshua has commanded, trained, and managed teams from small tactical units to battalion-level operations involving over 600 personnel, $135 million in assets, and multi-national joint missions. His experience includes leading large-scale operational planning, deploying innovative analytic evaluation programs, and executing complex logistical movements across the United States, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Organizational-Social Psychology at Columbia University, Joshua blends military precision with behavioral insight to optimize team performance and decision-making. His track record in operational readiness, strategic planning, and leadership development strengthens Redfork Private Capital’s ability to scale portfolio companies and execute disciplined growth strategies.

A West Point graduate and former U.S. Army Infantry Officer, John’s career has spanned combat leadership in Afghanistan, collegiate athletics leadership as Director of Player Development for Army West Point Football, and corporate business development. In his current role as Business Development Manager at ForgeNow, he drives nationwide employer partnerships to match skilled trade graduates with high-demand positions, directly increasing placement rates and aligning training pipelines to market needs. His prior leadership roles underscore his ability to perform in high-pressure environments, while his systems design background equips him to assess complex, ill-defined business challenges. John’s combination of disciplined execution, relationship-building acumen, and operational vision makes him a key contributor to Redfork’s growth strategy and portfolio company performance.

    Bayle Wolf combines technical engineering expertise, project management acumen, and operational leadership to deliver value-driven results for Redfork Private Capital’s portfolio. A U.S. Army Captain and Brigade Engineer for the 82nd Airborne Sustainment Brigade, Bayle oversees large-scale engineering operations, infrastructure planning, and sustainment initiatives in complex and resource-constrained environments. A graduate of the United States Military Academy with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Missouri S&T, Bayle brings both academic rigor and applied problem-solving skills to strategic projects. His experience includes deployment to Haiti as a Contracting Officer’s Representative, where he coordinated multinational support efforts and ensured project delivery under challenging conditions. Qualified through the U.S. Army’s elite Sapper and Airborne Schools, Bayle applies precision planning, disciplined execution, and cross-functional coordination to evaluate investment opportunities and drive operational improvements across Redfork’s holdings.

A West Point graduate with a background in Systems Management, Scott served as a U.S. Army Ranger Officer, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, directing complex deployments across multiple countries, and negotiating inter-agency agreements in high-risk environments. Transitioning into finance, Scott worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Trackhawk Advisors, where he advised on M&A, leveraged buyouts, and capital raises, and developed advanced financial and valuation models. His ability to blend tactical-level leadership with high-level financial analysis positions him to evaluate opportunities, structure deals, and drive value creation for Redfork’s portfolio. Scott’s disciplined approach, strategic vision, and hands-on operational insight ensure Redfork’s investments are executed with both precision and long-term growth in mind.

A United States Military Academy graduate, Luke served as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer, leading soldiers in demanding environments and delivering mission success under complex conditions. He commanded a company at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, overseeing the training, readiness, and welfare of over 100 soldiers while managing millions in equipment and resources. Luke deployed to Kuwait in support of regional security operations, where he coordinated multinational exercises, maintained operational readiness, and ensured seamless integration with joint and allied forces. Following his command, he served as a key leader in the Army West Point Football program, mentoring Division I athletes and guiding them in leadership, academic, and athletic performance. Luke’s proven ability to build cohesive teams, align organizational goals with execution, and foster individual growth makes him a valuable contributor to Redfork’s portfolio growth and leadership culture.

    Christopher Carpenter is a seasoned executive leader with over two decades of experience directing large-scale operations, project management, and organizational transformation in both military and private-sector environments. A retired U.S. Army officer with three Bronze Stars and multiple combat deployments, Chris has led diverse teams of up to 500 personnel and managed programs exceeding $100 million in value. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of Operations at Texas Meter and Device, where he oversees a nationwide service division responsible for installing over 400,000 electric, gas, and water meters annually. His leadership includes optimizing KPIs, building professional development pipelines, and ensuring safety, quality, and profitability across complex, multi-utility projects. Chris’s prior military career included senior operational roles in global force management, strategic planning, and executive leadership development, with experience briefing senior decision-makers at the Secretary of Defense level. Holding a Master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and a Finance degree from the University of Arkansas, Chris brings to Redfork Private Capital a proven ability to align strategy with execution, strengthen operational efficiency, and deliver measurable results in high-stakes environments.
